  • • After getting of the subway please use the underground passage to get to our hotel
  • • Pass through the Jamsil Station ticket gate and head towards Exit 3
  • • Go straight through the passage between Lotteria (left side) and the Lotte Department Store (right side)
  • • Follow the "LOTTE HOTELS" sign above your head
  • • When you see the "Hotel Lobby/Charlotte" sign take the stairs or the elevator on the right hand side and get off at 1st floor
