  • If you register as a Trainee/Student/Nurse, please submit a proof of status issued within 6 months of registration.
  • Only immediate family members are eligible to register as Accompanying Persons. Colleagues or other associates cannot be registered under this category.
  • Accompanying Persons are not permitted to enter the session rooms. Entry to session rooms is not allowed when registered as an Accompanying Person.
  • If you have difficulty selecting the appropriate registration category, please contact the conference secretariat.

Group Registration

  • For group registration (5 participants or more), please download the form and complete the required details. After completing the form, please send it to the ASPR 2026 Seoul Secretariat (info@aspr2026.org).
  • Group registration is only available for Bank Wire Transfer (card payment is not allowed).
  • Please kindly note that there is no discount for group registration.

Payment Methods

  • Credit Card
    • Payment Method: Credit card payments can be made only through the official online registration system.
    • Supported Browsers: For the best experience, please use Microsoft Edge or Google Chrome when making online payments. Other browsers may not fully support the payment process.
    • Payment Confirmation: A payment confirmation will be sent to your registered email address once the transaction is successfully completed. If you do not receive confirmation within a few hours, please check your spam/junk folder or contact the Secretariat.
  • Bank Wire Transfer
    • Bank Transfer Instructions: The bank transfer must be made under the registrant’s name. The registrant’s name must also be clearly indicated on the transfer receipt.
    • Confirmation of Registration: A confirmation letter will be issued only after the full registration fee has been received.
    • Bank Charges: All bank transfer/remittance charges must be covered by the registrant. If the transferred amount is less than the required fee, the outstanding balance must be paid on-site in order to complete the registration.
    • Proof of Payment: If the registration fee is not credited to the account within the expected time, a copy of the bank transfer receipt (or other proof of payment) will be required.

Cancellation and Refund Policy

  • For cancellation and refund requests, please submit your request via e-mail to the Secretariat (info@aspr2026.org).
  • All bank charges for remittance must be paid by the registrant.

No refunds will be given after September 18, 2026 (Korea Standard Time).

  • 전공의/학생/간호사/사회복지사/심리치료사로 등록하시는 경우, 등록일 기준 6개월 이내에 발급된 재학(재직) 증명서를 제출해 주시기 바랍니다.
  • 동반자 등록은 직계 가족에 한하여 가능하며, 관련 업게 동료는 해당되지 않습니다. 아울러, 동반자는 세션장 출입이 불가합니다.
  • 등록 구분 선택에 어려움이 있는 경우, 사무국으로 문의해 주십시오.

단체 등록

  • 단체 등록(5인 이상)의 경우, 아래 단체 등록 양식을 다운로드하여 필요한 사항을 작성하신 후 ASPR 2026 Seoul 사무국 (info@aspr2026.org)으로 보내주시기 바랍니다.
  • 단체 등록은 계좌 이체만 가능하며, 카드 결제는 불가합니다.
  • 단체 등록에 따른 할인은 제공되지 않습니다.

등록 방법

  • 카드 결제
    • 결제 방법: 신용카드 결제는 공식 온라인 등록 시스템을 통해서만 가능합니다.
    • 지원 브라우저: 온라인 결제 시 원활한 이용을 위해 Microsoft Edge 또는 Google Chrome 사용을 권장드립니다. 기타 브라우저는 결제 과정이 원활히 지원되지 않을 수 있습니다.
    • 결제 확인: 결제가 완료되면 등록 시 기재하신 이메일 주소로 확인 메일이 발송됩니다. 몇 시간 내에 확인 메일을 받지 못하신 경우, 스팸메일함을 확인하시거나 사무국으로 문의해 주시기 바랍니다 .
  • 송금
    • 계좌이체 안내: 계좌이체는 빠른 확인을 위해 반드시 등록자의 성명으로 진행해 주시기 바랍니다.
    • 등록 확인: 등록비 전액이 입금된 후에만 등록 확인서가 발급됩니다.
    • 송금 수수료: 모든 송금 및 이체 수수료는 등록자가 부담하셔야 합니다.

등록 취소 및 환불 안내

  • 등록 취소 및 환불을 원하시는 경우 반드시 사무국에 이메일 (info@aspr2026.org)로 접수 부탁드립니다.
  • 모든 등록비 환불은 대회 종료 후 환불에 필요한 수수료가 공제된 후 지급됩니다.

2026년 9월 18일 이후에는 등록비 환불이 불가합니다.
