Submitted abstracts will be reviewed by the Scientific Committee, and the final presentation type may be adjusted after review.

Abstract Format & Requirements

Language English *All abstracts must be written and presented in English.
Title Less than 30 words
Structure of Abstract Background – Methods – Results – Conclusion
Length of Body Maximum 300 words excluding title, authors, and affiliations
Authors Do not include degrees or titles. Presenting author will be underlined in the proceedings.
Keywords No more than 5 keywords which the first word begins with a capital letter.
Tables, Figures, Graphs One table or figure may be included in jpg, png format
General Information
  • Abstracts must be submitted online through the official congress website only.
  • Abstracts that have already been published in journals or other publications will not be accepted.
  • No revisions or proofreading will be possible after the submission deadline. Authors are responsible for ensuring accuracy.
  • Authors may select their preferred presentation type (oral or poster). However, the Scientific Committee will make the final decision.
  • All accepted abstracts will be published in the Congress Abstract Book.
  • By submitting, authors confirm that all listed authors have approved the abstract and that the study complies with ethical standards.

Notification of Abstract Results & Presenter Regulations

  • Notification of results will be sent to the presenting and corresponding authors by email.
  • The presenting author should register by the early registration deadline to confirm their attendance.
    - Failure to do so will result in the abstract being withdrawn from the program.

Abstract Modification or Withdrawal

  • Abstract modification is available until the abstract submission deadline.
  • If you have to withdraw the abstract, please inform the secretariat by email (info@aspr2026.org) as soon as possible.
