Applicants may apply for both programs. However, only one award or grant will be offered per applicant.
Selection is based on abstract quality and eligibility criteria, following review by the Scientific Committee.
Results will be notified by email from the Secretariat.
Awardees and Travel Grant recipients must confirm participation and complete their presentation. Failure to present may result in withdrawal of the award or grant.
Young Investigator Awards
The Awards are intended to recognize and support outstanding young researchers presenting high-quality abstracts at the congress.
Eligibility
International presenting author of an accepted abstract
Age 40 years or younger at the time of abstract submission (born in 1985 or later)
Application Process
Applications must be submitted during the abstract submission process via the congress website.
A copy of the applicant’s passport must be uploaded as part of the application.

Travel Grants
The Grants are designed to support the participation of abstract presenters from Asian countries classified as Middle-Income or Low-Income according to international economic standards.

Abstract presenters from Asian countries classified as Middle-Income or Low-Income under the World Bank Country Income Classification
